Unlock confirmed balance

Backoffice > Cash Management > Bank Balances > Confirm Balances

When a bank balance is confirmed the balance will not change on that date. If you after you confirmed a bank balance realised it was the wrong balance and you register a deal that should adjust the confirmed bank balance you will have to unlock it first.

Go to Confirmed balance. Choose the date and the account you would like to unlock.

Click Unlock

Type in a reason to why you are changing status.

Press OK

The balance will now get the status Calculated, so when you enter a deal (that adjust the balance on that account on that specific date) the balance will be adjusted.
