Undo fixing is needed if you e.g. have fixed the wrong loan or if you have fixed it with the wrong interest. This can easily be done in the Deal Registration window in tab "Transactions". This will also instantly affect any mirror deals.
Open up the deal you would like to undo fixing on
Go to Tab Transactions
Step 1: Mark the interest fixing that you would like to undo (you only need to expand and click on the row containing the interest fix). You will see all Fixed interest as 'Fixing Status' Fixed.
Step 2: Select "Undo interest fixing"
Step 3: This will delete the interest fixing and reset the "Fixing Status" of this transaction to Missing.
You are now ready to do a new interest fixing.
Please note, if transaction is "Locked" (e.g. exported in accounting and/or sent in payments) then transaction need to be un-locked first.
