Back Office > Cash Management > Cashflow Forecasting > Forecast Ledger

In this ledger you can see all the imported cash flow forecast transactions.

It is also possible to manually enter forecast transactions.

You are also able to delete forecast transactions.

If a tag is not marked as a Forecast tag in Tags you will not be able to see these tags in this view.

If you want to search for a certain Legal entity you put the marker on the empty row at the top and type for example "Treasury". Then you will only see Treasurys transactions. You can do this for all fields.

To delete one or many transactions you mark them (check the checkbox/boxes to the left) and click on Remove. The transactions will be removed and you can not undo.

Manual forecast transactions

Tab Insert Forecast

Recurring transactions

Enter the parameters and click on 'Insert'. The following example will generate several transactions. First transaction on 2023-11-27 and repeated every month and ended 2024-02-27. See the result below.

Created transactions. Forecast type Manual.

Is Seldom (single transaction)

This will create one single transaction with payment date 2024-02-15. This transaction will be included in the forecast report until it´s payment date, regardless of selected Forecast date in the report.

Tab Update Forecast

It is possible to update both imported and manually entered forecast transactions.

Do as follows:

Click on a row (do not use the checkbox). Do the changes. Click on Update forecast.

Click on a new row. Do the changes. Click on Update forecast. And so on.

If an imported transaction is updated the status is 'Imported Modified'
