Start > Register > Master Data > Bank Accounts
In Master Data you can set up your cash pools.
You mark the top accounts and choose what kind of cash pool it is.
After saving this information, you can select the sub-accounts and you choose which top account it belongs to in the cash pool column (screen shot below).
You can create hierarchies by using the Absolute Top Account structure.
