Subscribe to new functionality

Setting / Subscription 

TS has functionality that is licensed and therefore requires an active subscription if you want to use it. This refers to functionality handling Commodities, Guarantees, Target Balance, Deal Suggestion Automate FX, Automate Deal Matching. 

New licensed functionality or changes will be addressed in the release notes of each update of the system.  

Signing up for subscription of licensed functionality is done within TS. When you start the subscription a free trial period of 30 days starts. If the subscription is unsubscribed within the trial period there will not be any extra charges. As soon as a subscription is posted, and by this license is activated, it is possible to use the functionality. 

The notice-period after cancellation is one month from the date the request to unsubscribe is posted. During this time the functionality is open to use just like normal.

• Guarantees
• Target Balance

Handling of subscriptions, i.e, to subscribe and unsubscribe, requires permission named “manage subscriptions”.

How to subscribe for a licensed functionality? 

The Subscribe request for licensed functionality is found under “Settings” in TS. You can also search directly by writing “Subscriptions” in the search field. 

Subscription widgets that are marked with green is active and ongoing in your TS environment. Widgets in blue are open for subscription.  

Click on the widget for the functionality you want to activate, then read the terms of purchase and tick the box before you click on “Buy”. 

Information about date for the start together with name and email for the TS -user who sent the request is seen in the same window at the bottom to the left. 

How to unsubscribe?   

The unsubscribe function is found under “Subscriptions” and by clicking at the widget for the functionality to be cancelled. To post the request to cancel click the buttom “Unsubscribe” and then “Ok” in the window that comes up.   

The action of “unsubscribe” starts the notice period of one month. Functionality will be possible to use just as normal until the end of the notice period when it is closed.
