If all subsidiary bank accounts are not imported to Treasury Systems, the subsidiary user is able to update the bank balance manually.
First step is to mark all bank accounts in Master Data that should be updated manually.
This is done in Treasury Systems / MasterData/ MasterData tab Bank Accounts, check the box Balance Updated Manually
In Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) in Submit, the Opening balance that needed to be updated manually will be highlighted in yellow.
Click on the Opening balance amount and the accounts will be shown
Type in the correct Balance, the yellow color will disappear and the status will inform that the balance has been Updated Manually. It is possible to update the balance again until the forecast has been Completed.
In CFF it is the opening balance that has been updated so in Treasury Systems the closing balance from the working day before will also be updated in view Bank balance.
