This article describes how to Link pledged Mortgages to Loans.
On the Loan, first select Real estate(s) and then the mortgage(s) that are pledged for the loan.
The Mortgages button displays the number of Mortgages selected. Click on the button to see details of the selected mortgages.
Note! when a mortgage is linked to a loan the pledged information (in the Mortgages register) is automatically updated with the counterparty of the loan. Se example below.
