Update tags in batch

It is possible to update tags in batch from a specific date. 

Open Modify

1. Make a selection of the deals you want to change tags on. 
2. Select all or some transactions you want to update
3. Clickthe  icon Modify tags 
4. Select the date from when the change should be applied. Treasury Systems will then update all transactions with value date after the selected date.
5. The deals will be grouped by tag rule and conteand nt, the current tags per the selected date will be shown. 
6. Change to the new tag in the pop-up
7. Click OK
8. The tag on all relevant transactions is changed to green, but the new tag will not be visible until you click on icon Search again

Note, it is not possible to change tags on cancelled transactions! 

Treasury Systems will change the tags per Deal part e.g. if you would like to change tags on the first leg of your interest rates swaps it will be possible. To change on both legs make sure you select at least one transaction for each leg.

For Bonds it will only be possible to change tag on the coupon plan in batch.

In order to change tags in batch you will need all permissions as you would if you where to change them one by one.
