Subsidiary Requests Web

This function allows subsidiaries to submit deal requests with ease via the webbrowser even if they have limited or no treasury experience. 


  1. First treasury needs to set up a Subsidiary Request Template, tick the checkbox Request Template 
  2. The deal template will then be shown for the subsidiaries in TS portal. 
  3. Open Tags rules and set up the Tag rules needed for entering Subsidiary request. Which Tags should be visable, which values in the Taglists and which tags should be mandatory.
  4. To enter a Deal request the subsidary needs to select currency and maturity date. 
  5. When they press 'Send', the request will be displayed in the Price Request Ledger, and the request rules (how to price the request) will be applied.



To enter a New FX Request


1. Select a Legal entity. (The Subsidiary user will only be able to select the Legal Entity to which they are restricted to)

2. Select Buy or Sell (refers to chosen currency).

3. Select Currency (against their own accounting currency) Only currencies that the legal entity has bank account in will be shown.

4. Enter the amount (t for thousand, m for millions or b for billions) 

5. Enter maturity date (Payment date when the exposure will be received or paid)  

6. Select the tags that have been made available and press Send



Price Request Ledger


The deal will be shown in the Subsidiary Request Ledger and show that it has been created by Cash Flow forecast


The subsidiary user can change the deal if it has the status New or Automatic Pricing from market data.

The treasury user can make adjustment in Treasury System on the request, if needed.


Roll or Settle


It is possible to roll or settle a FX deal if the deal has been Priced. An example could be that the subsidiary realizes that the payment in a foreign currency will be made or received later or the money will be received or paid earlier The subsidiary can by pressing Roll/Settle and enter the amount and the new maturity date and the deal will either be rolled over or pre-settled. A new FX swap deal will be created and send to Treasury.
