Settings > Activities


You can create your own activity that you want the Autopilot to run in Treasury Systems in Activity Setup window. 

These can be various activities that you want the system to do for you- such as Interest Fixing, Updates of Power BI reports or Exporting reports or files to external systems/data warehouse or any other existing integration. 


Press "+" sign to add an Activity.


Tab "Basic" shows details about your Activity. Here you give it a name and description. You will also see the activity log showing time of execution, if the job have executed successfully or if there where any error.


In Tab "Scheduler" you set up the schedule when the activity should be run

In Tab "Triggers" the activity can also be trigged by an other activity or as a file triggers


Note that our user Autopilot need the applicable permission to do the function and sharing rights to all reports that needs to be updated or exported.
