Add bank accounts with Nomentia Sync

Add bank account with Nomentia master data sync

1. Enter the new bank account in TS as soon as possible before the bank has started to sent bank account statements under Master Data / Companies.

2. Add all mandatory information on the bank account.

3. Save the bank account. Note, If you have missed any data that is mandatory in either Nomentia or TS you will not be able to save the bank account.

Add bank account with Nomentia master data sync and 4 eye control in TS

Follow the steps in 1. above but you can only add bank accounts in Master data / Master data view in TS also approve new account in Master Data / Four Eye Control.

Add bank account with Nomentia Inspector and Master data sync

Follow the steps in 1 above but you need to approve the bank accounts in Nomentia efter they have been syncronized. 

Add bank account with Nomentia Inspector and 4 eye control in TS

Follow the steps in 1 above but you can only add bank accounts in Master data / Master data view in TS and you need to approve the company in TS and in Nomentia after it has been saved.
