How to import companies

Go to Master data 

Press the icon for import statisc data

Mandatory fields are Name and  accounting currency, organisation number if payment should be sent from the Legal entity. 

Name;AccountingCurrency;CompanyType;CompanyUsages

Company 1;EUR;Internal;Legal Entity, Counterparty

If more than one company usage is added in the file they should have comma (,) between them. 

All data on Companies are possible to import such as CountryCode, Street, City, PostalCode and Description.

Add the columns you want to import to the excel sheet with the same name as the field, starting with capital letters and no space.

If the file contains special characters to import to TS, as åäö for example, save the csv-file as an UTF-8, option is available in excel as csv-format.
