This function is for entering Real Estates and Mortgages linked to Real Estates.
The Mortgages can then be linked to Loans. See article Linking Mortgages to Loans
It is possible to import both types via an csv file. Please see example files further down in this article.

Required fields are Owner, property identifier and Name

Mortgages
NOTE! You must first enter the real estate you want to register mortgages for. But the system can also automatically create the real estate (if it does not exist) when importing the mortgages. You then need to add fields Property Identifier and Owner in the file.
Required fields are Mortgages identifier, Real estate, amount.
If the mortgage is pledged, used as security for a Loan, the lender is selected in the Pledged list.
If it is not pledged the text 'Owner Registered' is shown.

Please note that the file "Real Estate.csv" should be imported in tab Real Estates. The other two files "Mortgages.csv" & "Mortgages_and_realestates.csv" needs to be imported in tab Mortgage. The file "Mortgages_and_realestates.csv" will update also Real Estates with data.
