Property Finance

This function is for entering Real Estates and Mortgages linked to Real Estates.

The Mortgages can then be linked to Loans. See article Linking Mortgages to Loans

It is possible to import both types via an csv file. Please see example files further down in this article.

Required fields are Owner, property identifier and Name

Mortgages

NOTE! You must first enter the real estate you want to register mortgages for.

Required fields are Mortgages identifier, Real estate, amount.

If the mortgage is pledged, used as security for a Loan, the lender is selected in the Pledged list.

If it is not pledged the text 'Owner Registered' is shown.

Column names in reports vs Mortgages register field names

Name = Real estate

Mortgages identifier

Description (same)

Base amount = Amount

Base currency = Currency

Within (same) 

Deal begin date = Issue date

Deal end date = Annulment date 

Order number (same) 

Counterparty = Pledged. Blank if Owner registered (not pledged)
