Audit trail report

This is a report for extracting data from the  Audit trail logs. The purpose for this report is to see detailed changes on deals, but it is also possible to display other changes. Changes on master data and Roles and Permission it better to see in our event log. It is a specific report type found in the Reports menu.

Create a new report by selecting the Audit trail report template.

Select the date period for which you want to see data.

Deal changes

To see changes for a deal enter the deal id in 'Deal id reference(s)' field. To search for several deals enter the deal id:s separated with comma.

Audit area

Use 'Audit area' list to select changes for different areas in the system. For example to see all bank account related changes select 'Bank account details'.

User

If you want to see changes done by a specific user(s)

Columns

Select columns to be displayed in the report.

Reference id = Deal id

Old value = Value before change

New value = Value after change 

ModifiedBy = User
