Save Report Data to the API

TS saves the most important information of all the clients' deals in an API. The data is available for data warehouses or data leaks to fetch. 


It is possible to save more data in the API, and all data available in reports can also be added to the API. 

 

Check and add more data to the system report, saving API data

The first step is to check the system reports saving API data and if more data should be added. 

  1. Open reports 
  2. Remove the filter, Not Istemplate, to see all system reports
  3. Go to report System Report for saving Transaction API Data
  • Check the selection. Update the selection of not all deals that should be saved, e.g. fictitious deals or simulation deals
  • Check the columns and add more columns if needed. e.g. Customer Deal Tags can be added.

Update the API data with the changes you made to the system report 

Go to View "Transaction API Data".


Select the date you want to update and click on the icon Update API data.

This needs to be done on all days you want to update.

To verify the update, click on the icon Run Historical API data to check that the changes done to the report have now been saved. It is also possible to run the API data in real-time with the latest information by clicking Run real-time report
