This article describes how to Share reports with users or roles in TS.
Pick the report you would like to Share click Sharing
Pick the "Sharing" option.
Click on the "+" sign to add new user permission.
Type in the user you wish to grant access, by entering the email in the roll down list.
Give any of the following user rights;
- Read
- Update
- Delete
- Share
Press "OK".
