Set up distribution rules and settings to distribute reports

System Settings

 

TS will use the default smtp server provided with Treasury System. If You prefer to use another smtp server this can be set up in system settings as below, same applies also for reply address.

  1. This is were you sett up wich SMTP server that should be used for emailing the reports
  2. If the replay adress most of the time is the same this should be entered here.

A. Choose if You want to add a new rule (+), copy, or remove (-) or change orders of the rules (use arrows)

B. Give the rule a name

C. Choose the report the rule should apply too.

D. If a selection is needed for the rule, please set it up here.

E. Choose where to pick the email addresses

F: Select what the report should be split on. 

    Note! If it is a report of type Accounting, only None can be used as split.

G: Set format for report

H: The writing her will be shown in the Subject row of the email

I: The text written here will be written in the emails.

J: It is only needed to write a email here if not email to legal entity or counterparty is selected. 

K: Recommended to write a email address of the sender of the reports or a general back office email, to be able to see what the different receivers have received. 

L: It is only needed to add a email address here if you want to overrule the reply to address set up in the system settings. (Note info above, system settings)
