How to copy a Power BI report to a shared workspace

If more than one person should be able to update Power BI reports they need to be saved to a shared workspace. It is also needed if you want to schedule a Power BI report on a specific frequency automatically. Our Autopilot also need access to the report. 


If you have an existing report saved in your own workspace "My workspace" in Power BI it is possible to copy the report from one work space to another. 


Follow the steps below


In Treasury Systems

Copy the Power BI report in TS that you want to move to a shared workspace. 

Go to TAB setting and click unlick the report



Login to Power BI 

Go to My workspace

Find the report and click on the 3 dots

Share the report with the new work space 


In Treasury Systems 

Run the new report in TS and choose the new workspace
