Add Company with Nomentia Master data Sync

1. Add company with Nomentia master data sync

Sync Company ID

If the sync is activated with Company ID TS will syncronize an unique ID number to Nomentia, length of six digits, shown in Master Data.  

1. Go to Companies or master data 
2. Click add new, enter all mandatory information (accounting currecy, Company type and Company usage).
   Note! Organisation number is mandatory in Nomentia, it needs to be added before the company can be saved. 
3. Click save

All companies marked as Company type will instantly be syncronized to Nomentia.

Sync Company name

If the sync is activated with company name TS will syncronize the first 5 characters entered in Company code to Nomentia. The name can't have special sign such as space, comma point etc. 

1. Go to Companies or master data 
2. Click add new enter all mandatory information (accounting currency, Company type and Company usage).
   Note! Organisation number is mandatory in Nomentia, it needs to be added before the company can be saved. 
3. Click save

All companies marked as Company type will instantly be syncronized to Nomentia.

2. Add Company with Nomentia Inspector and Master data sync

Follow the steps in 1 above but you need to approve the companies in Nomentia efter they have been syncronized.
