SAP - Accounting file Integration

When setting up the SAP accounting file mappings, go to Autopilot/Integration and click on the plus sign Add integration.

Choose SAP Xml Exporter, give it a name and save. To be able to see the Settings, refresh the page.

In tab Settings you can decide if TS should send One file per coding, which means that for each transaction two or up to three files will be created. For example this is the case in a FX Cross like below where the accounting currency is SEK an the Original currency has bookings in three currencies, three files will be created.

In Settings tab there is also a possibility to map Sender Port; Receiver Port etc. Its not mandatory, but check with SAP integrations team if it needs to be mapped. In the fields of Accounting type realized, Accounting type unrealized, and Accounting type reverse unrealized you set the file names for the different accounting types.

Document type settings is also up to each client what needs to be mapped here, so check with SAP integrations team internally. In the Interface settings set the start name of the file.

For example it can look like below where the file name consists of TS+date+filenumber+coding number+which accounting type the file contains.

In tab Mappings the possible mappings for the different fields are added. Choose A, then all possible fields that can be mapped are shown. Map the ones needed and save, the unused fields will be taken away when saving.

The fields that can have different values when several files are created for one transaction are the following fields:

All other fields not marked above need to be exactly the same in all the files produced from one transaction.

In the the section the grey marked fields are possible to map.
