Norwegian payments

Anti-money laundry rules have been interpreted in Norway, so personal identification must be included in the payment file. Hence, it is possible to see who has sent the payment.  Different banks have different solutions for this. Some have SOSE (external Social Security Number of the Authorization /Organisation Approver) or NIDN (external National Identity Number). The Treasury system supports NIDN. If the bank only supports SOSE, you must log in and approve the payment using your e-banking tool, e.g., Nomentia, to execute those payments.

The user who exports the payment must set up their Bank Connection Personal ID in the Roles and Permission View.

To update, you need the permission "Update your Bank Connection Personal ID".

You can use the + sign in the pop-up and fill in the bank connection point and the Personal ID.

Note! Personal ID is NOT a social security number since Treasury Systems supports NIDN.

If the account origin is NO and the counterpart bank account is the connection point. In that case, the NIND will be added to the payment file with the XARF (eXternal Autorisation Reference) In the treasury system, which is the same as the Payment ID.
