If a deal has been entered incorrectly and not been matched in FXall settlement center when you are using their webservice.
It is not possible to resend the same deal ID to FXall settlement center Webservice and therefore you need to cancel the incorrect deal and enter a new deal.
Follow the steps below:
- You need to copy the deal and correct what was wrong
- In the new deal check that it gets matching status to be sent to FXall settlement center
- Send the corected deal to be matched in FXall settlement center
- Cancel the incorrect deal in TS
