Set up CLS integration

It is possible to send FX deals to CLS Nordea for automatic matching and payment. If the deal has been matched we will receive the information from CLS and update the deal matching status to Matched and Deal status to Confirmed. This integration can replace the back office function to check that the deals are correct and manually confirm them and also to approve and send payments to the bank. CLS will take care of the payments for all deals that are  exported to CLS so no payment should be exported from Treasury system. This is set up in netting rules (See comment regarding payments further down). 

To finalize this set up a meeting with the CLS bank needs to be set up. 

Needed from CLS to finalize the integration set up is Identity and Node ID

Set up Integration CLS Nordea export (Swift MT 304)

1. Go to Autopilot and tab Integrations
2. Create new by clicking + sign
3. Select Nordea CLS exporter plugin
4. Enter a name (CLS Nordea export) and description
5. In TAB settings enter the currencies CLS supports
6. Enter Identity and Node ID (will be received from CLS Nordea)
7. Click Apply
   
8. In TAB mappings map the Legal entity to a Swift code. The Nordea counterparty also needs to be mapped to a swift code.
9. Click save
   

Note, both currencies in a FX deals needs to be included in this CLS list to be exported to CLS.       

We will not send same day value FX deals to CLS because they do not support the payment of those deals. 

Deals needs to be entered before 23:59 CET.

Payments: Update the netting rules to 'AutodebNet' and select all CLS currencies and choose base and price currencies

Set up Integration Nordea CLS import (Swift MT 396)

1. Go to integration 
2. Create new by clicking + sign
3. Select Nordea CLS Importer
4. Enter a name (CLS Nordea import) and description
5. Click save
   

Autopilot (schedule activities)

Open Autopilot and set up activity for both the CLS Nordea export and CLS Nordea import with time interval 'Every 15 minutes' during your office hours. Do not run the export and import at the same time, have 5 minutes in between.
