The user that has registered the deal is the only person that can make fundamental changes to the deal. Amount, and counterpart is fundamental changes. The deal then needs to be regenerated.
Other changes such as fixing, amortisation, capital increase change of tags, bank accounts can still be made by another user.
To activate the setting go to Settings/ System Settings /general settings
