Four eye control

Settings / System Settings

Four Eye Control can be applied to the following functions, see possible objects in screen shot below. 

Four Eye Approval is handled in Master Data / Four Eye Control

All changes that needs approval will be shown in the related widget.

Below screen shot shows the request.

To approve the changes click Approve, to deny the changes click Deny

If you have approved or denied a request, you can undo your own latest decision within 10 minutes.

You can delete your own request before it is approved. Click Delete and the old values are reactivated.

Please note the following!

• Activate Four Eye Control
  • Before activating Four Eye Control ensure that minimum two users have the related permissions to update settings and approve the changes. Changes to Four Eye Control requires four eye approval.
• Four Eye Control on bank accounts
  • If activated, all changes to bank accounts must be done in Master Data / Bank Accounts, not in view  Companies
• Four Eye Control on permissions / copy role
  • If a role is copied, approval must be done according to the following steps
    1. Approve the new (copied) role
    2. Do necessary changes regarding permissions (add/deleted)
    3. Approve changes

Removing permissions from a role or user is effective immediately without four eye approval
