To add a new user to Treasury System (TS) environment the user first needs to download the application, the user also need to have access to settled Azure Active Directory. Recommendation is to use MS Edge as browser for download and work in TS environment.
Access to Azure Active Directory (AD) is in general handled by IT in users organization. It needs to be settled before a TS-user ID can be created . Due to organization, routines and IT environment access to Azure Active Directory can be handled differently in users environment and organization.
The default setting in Azure AD is allowing all users in the organization to log in to TS desktop application (after application has been downloaded) which will automatically create a TS-user ID. However, this added user does not per default have access to any information or actions. Roles and authorities are added and handled/granted internally by users with admin-rights for TS.
