In reports, there is a special kind of report type called event; this could be used to search for different types of events, such as updating bank accounts, inserting user roles, and more. It is also possible to set up these reports as a distribution report and email changes needed yearly for auditors.
Go to Reports
Use template Events Report
All available columns are selected in the template.
Selection can be made on
- Time
- Event ID - Type of update such as Insert, remove, success and failed integrations.
- Entity Type - Category of data such as Deals, Balances , Companies, Coding( Accounting), Payments
- User ID- User name ( display name) multiply choice is available
- Deal ID - All events on a specific Deal
- Entity Key Value - not commonly used, search for a specific id for the event
