Limit a user to only see certain Legal entities

Created by Maria Appelquist, Modified on Fri, 11 Jul at 10:24 AM by Alexander Svenonius

Used if you would like to limit certain users to only be able to see certain legal entities.  Other limitations can be set through permissions. This can be done either on an individual company level or group levels.

Groups are created under Tags by choosing legal entity. By choosing groups pressing the plus sign, this creates a group named New Group under contents you can choose which companies that will be included in this group. The groups are named under description, as shown below I have renamed the group Exempel ABC.

Go to Settings/ Rolls & Permissions

Choose tab Legal entity

1. Choose a user in this example Alexander Svenonius, by pressing the tiny man icon

2. To limit the companies a user can see we can either limit the companies themselves this is done by choosing the user by clicking on him/her and the add legal entity, see below. Another option is to limit company groups, this is done by clicking the add company groups and choosing the group you would like to limit the user too.

3. If you click the user and under companies and groups you can see what groups or companies the user is limited to, as seen her below we can see that Alexander Svenonius is limited to the Danska company group.
